This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made through RevoMitt.com. RevoMitt is operated by Yuzix Incorporated.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

RevoMitt products may be returned, provided the return is made within the 30-day return period and complies with this policy. Opened products may be eligible for a refund or replacement within 30 days if the customer is unsatisfied, experienced an issue, or the product arrived damaged/defective.

Please include your name, order number, email address used at checkout, and the reason for your return.

Returns must be approved by RevoMitt before being sent back. We may provide return instructions after your request is reviewed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by RevoMitt or an approved damaged, defective, or missing item claim.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. RevoMitt is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or not received.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are refundable for approved returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, Leaking, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or missing an item, please contact us at support@revomitt.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Email address used at checkout
  • A photo of the damaged or defective product, packaging, or shipping box

For approved damaged, defective, leaking, or missing item claims, we will provide a replacement.

If you received the wrong item or have another issue with your order, please contact us at support@revomitt.com so we can review and resolve the issue.

Abuse of Policy

RevoMitt reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if we determine that the policy is being abused, including repeated return requests, fraudulent claims, or returns involving products that are empty, intentionally damaged, or not reasonably connected to the original order.
