This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through RevoMitt.com. RevoMitt is operated by Yuzix Incorporated.
Shipping Locations
At this time, RevoMitt.com ships to addresses within the United States only.
We currently do not ship to:
- Canada
- International addresses
- APO/FPO addresses
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. territories
We may accept P.O. Box addresses where supported by the carrier or fulfillment provider. If we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box, we may contact you for an alternate shipping address.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders may be processed on weekends, but processing and delivery times may vary depending on fulfillment capacity, carrier availability, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.
Fulfillment
RevoMitt.com orders are currently fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment.
Orders may be delivered by Amazon Logistics or another carrier selected by the fulfillment provider.
Delivery Times
Estimated standard delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume shipping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $2.99 for orders that do not qualify for free shipping.
We offer free standard shipping on orders of 2 or more RevoMitt packs.
Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier or fulfillment provider and may take time to appear after shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, front desk staff, mailrooms, parcel lockers, or building management where applicable.
RevoMitt is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. However, if you believe there is an issue with your delivery, contact us at support@revomitt.com, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
