This Subscription and Cancellation Policy applies to subscription purchases made through RevoMitt.com. RevoMitt is operated by Yuzix Incorporated.

Subscription Program

RevoMitt may offer subscription purchase options through Shopify Subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize RevoMitt to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription interval you select at checkout.

Available subscription intervals may include:

  • Monthly
  • Every 2 months
  • Every 3 months

Subscription availability, pricing, and intervals may change from time to time.

Subscription Discount

Subscriptions currently receive 10% off the regular one-time purchase price.

For example, where the one-time purchase price is $14.99, the subscription price may be $13.49.

Prices are subject to change, but any changes will apply in accordance with applicable law and Shopify subscription settings.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that your payment method will be charged automatically for each recurring order until you cancel.

Managing Your Subscription

Customers may manage their subscription through their customer account.

Depending on the options available in your account, you may be able to:

  • Cancel your subscription
  • Skip an upcoming order
  • Pause your subscription
  • Reschedule a renewal
  • Change quantity
  • Update shipping information
  • Update payment information

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.

If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped before cancellation, that order cannot be cancelled through the subscription cancellation process.

Refunds for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are not refundable after they have been processed or shipped, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, leaking, missing, or there is another issue caused by RevoMitt.

Renewal Reminders

At this time, RevoMitt does not send advance renewal reminder emails before each subscription charge.

Customers are responsible for managing their subscription schedule through their customer account.

Discounts and Promotions

Welcome discount codes do not combine with volume discounts or subscription discounts.

Free shipping may be combined with welcome discount codes when the order otherwise qualifies for free shipping.

RevoMitt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel discounts and promotions at any time.
